Except the elliptical which I am doing 3 days a week. But my weight loss has come to a screeching halt... Not sure what I can do but I don't want to stop losing weight. I have at least another 13lbs I want to lose.... if not more!!!

clk 3,519 Posted November 6, 2013 You just had a serious operation. Your body is in shock most likely. Add to that the very drastic and rapid weight loss! I see you're closing in on goal. At this point, you should expect a big slow down. Do as lsereno suggested and evaluate your diet. But most likely this is the normal reaction from 1) an operation and 2) being almost on top of goal weight. You're not going to stop losing unless you quit trying. You might find weight comes of much more slowly, but weight will come off if you work your sleeve. ~Cheri 2 JerseyGirl68 and feedyoureye reacted to this

mistysj 1,940 Posted November 9, 2013 Did you keep your ovaries? If not, your body is in a panic. You and your doctor will take some time to get your hormones stable. I had a total hysterectomy three years ago due to uterine cancer. If you have hyst questions feel free to reach out to me. I've lost over 60 pounds since my sleeve surgery, all of it post-hysterectomy. I expect to lose almost 40 more. It won't derail you. It will just take time.
