Also, I tried several times to use the 'click here for tech support' link (again, through my iPad), would spend some time writing my detailed description, tap send and it would tell me I need to complete the detailed section...then I tried the contact us and that email was returned undeliverable. Just about cried when I saw this thread....

Nope. Report the problems link doesn't work on the iPad either.

Alex, I've been a member since 2/2013. I've changed my email since then and can't remember my password. I've been forced to re-register. My email used to be donaldgenest5@cox.net . Now its donaldgenest5@verizon.net. My username was DebbieG...I would hate to start over! Please help!! I can provide personal info. But please I want my original username. :'(

Ugh now I am having problems replying to a thread, I have to close out the app and open it again in order to reply to anything.

Alex, the dr Ortiz and the OCC thread under self pay and Mexico- I am unable to see any pages past 21 even though there are 30 pages in the thread.

I'm getting error messages on some of the forums I was involved in... Like one says it has 11 pages of replies, but only let's you read up to page 9 or replies and gives me an error for pages 10 and 11....

Alex, this is happening to me on the mobile app too. On all of my subscribed threads I can't get to the last page. An error message comes up that says "That page doesn't exist" after a certain amount of pages.

Never got an email but finally discovered the switch through my notifications and the app wouldn't load. I tried logging in with my old account info... Nothing. Had my password reset twice and both times it said incorrect password. Sent an email to resolve the problem... Nothing. So I have a new account. Lost all my info. Old account:Aubreanna new account: jewelgirl. Super frustrated.
