How much protein does your NUT say?

I'm 8 months post op. Curious how many grams of Protein your NUT says you should have? Also, what daily calorie goal do you have and how many carbs do you try to stay below?

80 gm's is the norm. I'm almost 2 months out. My Nut hasn't given me caloric instructions yet.

My Nut says 60, I tend to go for 80-90 though, I loose better when I am above the 60. Calories I am around 800 per day.

60-70 grams that will be my daily goal..which will be easy to accomplish.
