kellythestarr 39 Posted November 6, 2013 Hello again!! I haven't logged on in about one year!! Well, here is a little background on my journey. I was sleeved May 1st 2012. I have lost 75 lbs. I have not lost any weight in about 5 months, i have actually gained 20 lbs. I am SICK that this has happened and totally embarrassed. Am I the only one lol? I feel like a failure and I fear I have just completely screwed up. Is my sleeve ruined? Any advice at all is appreciated. Thanks
No game 14,437 Posted November 6, 2013 You haven't "ruined" your stomach, it's still smaller than it was pre-sleeve... The best thing you can do is get back to basics Protein and veg. Cut out the processed food and exercise 4 ejsfanatic, NurseGrace, Joe I and 1 other reacted to this
deejay1383837872 17 Posted November 6, 2013 We fall back into old habits. candy, Cookies, pies, cakes and carbs. Luckily I don't have a sweet tooth. Carbs are the bad thing. Did you inow that your liver swells with fluie when we a diet high in carbs. Learned that with my 2 week diet before surgery. Omiting carbs helped me lose 1 pound a day for 2 weeks. Result, My liver shrunk 50% 1 BKLYNgal87 reacted to this

NurseGrace 509 Posted November 6, 2013 Yeah, this happens. On the bright side though, you gained 20, not 50, not 70 or 100. You can still get this under control. Hell, you could lose 20 pounds by the new year if you wanted. I preach the gospel of myfitnesspal and measuring. 2 gamergirl and No game reacted to this

joseppecamp 4 Posted November 10, 2013 I prefer the lose it app and the nike fuel band. It keeps me honest with exercise calories!! You're fine just refocus.
