Back on topic, I found the most wonderful running bras from Le Mystere. Called the Energie Sports Bra. Underwire, no show through, maximum control. And so comfortable! I bought mine from Von Maur, but you can get them from this site for $54 each. Goes to 40G.

http://barenecessities.com/product.aspx?cmp=bpp20&pf_id=LeMystere320&search=&cm_mmc=GLSR-_-le%20mystere%20sports%20bra-_-Le%20Mystere%20-%20Energie%20Sports%20Bra-_-A&source=GoogleA&term=le%20mystere%20sports%20bra&LID=77952896&gclid=CL6PyYWQz7oCFeYWMgodQw4A9Q

Also, check out Title Nine's website. They actually rate their sports bras by bounce factor. And some bras exceed size 40.

As far as sports bras go, I buy mine from an equestrian magazine. I ride horses and I swear the ones I get are amazing. Minimal bouce. They flatten and compress your breast. So much better than the typical champion brand. I generally wear two sports bars. I wear the compression type and then the traditional one over that. Check out Dover Saddlery for their selection.

Great tip! Never would have thought equestrian but makes perfect sense now! Going to check them out online today. Thank you, thank you!

I found this on Amazon. A whopping 700+ reviews and only $13. Might be worth a try? At least I might try it... Warning: it's ugly as sin! Lol.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
