Today is the deadline for an answer by insurance

Today is the day insurance has to render a decision, and it's going to be a long day! Insurance said they will fax the doctor upon their approval... Don't know if the doctor will immediately notify me or not, but I am sure they will be hearing from me (I will try not to bug her too bad! )

Yes, I know insurance can be late, however, I intend to hold fast to the idea of believing what they told me... Even if it is a fantasy. Tired of waiting

Good luck. I hope you're approved. I'm waiting for my insurance, (1st request). I have Humana PPO Federal Employee. The request for approval ws submitted 10/20/13 but my insurance has 30 days to make a decision. I'm REALLY praying and hoping for a surgery the second week of December.

Sometimes fantasy is good. I called the insurance company and found out I was approved!

After calling the insurance company, first thing in the morning on day fifteen (the insurance deadline), I was approved!

Now I am waiting to hear from the surgeons office!
