5 months out

Surgery date 5/28, SW 244, CW 188. Been in a 2 week stall, but I seem to loose for a couple weeks then stall, but loose inches. At least that is how it feels. I have gone from a Very tight 18 to a comfortable 14, tops have gone from. 2x to a large! hair started coming out last month, I am trying to not stress at the handfuls (at least it feels that way!) that come out when I wash it. I am not the best at exercising and I know my weight loss would probably be faster. It will come!

Well the pics went out of order, the 2nd pic is shortly after surgery, the stripped shirt was this summer, the black tank top was from beginning of Oct, and the jeans was 2 weekends ago!

I am almost 4 months out - been on a stall for one week, but notice lose of inches. hair is falling out even though I took Vitamins, Biotin, used expensive, nourishing Shampoo. If you ask would I do this again, Heck yea! Congrats to you - I can almost know what you have experienced. You look good girl.
