OMG! You are a rockstar! High five :) We have similar body types, can you tell me what you have done as far as diet & exercise? Mainly Protein? More cardio or weights?

Of course I love to share! I have always gotten my Protein in since about 1 week out. No less than 65 grams. Water.. I drink looootsa Water. At least 100ozs a day. Im eating about 1200 cals a day now. My nut/dr do not do the low cal "diets". Im eating about 2.5ozs of protein at every meal and maybe 1-1.5ozs (1/4th cup) of something else. Im also not carb strict. I do eat veggies and bread. As far as exercise. .. since week 6 I have done strength training 2xs a week and I walk all the time.. I make sure I get in 3 miles 4/5 days a week... but I do my 10000 steps 4xs a week which is roughly 5 miles wortg of steps.
