unbesleevable1 420 Posted November 4, 2013 You could be dehydrated, lacking Protein and calories. Could also be anemic. I would let your doctor evaluate you. 1 UTGal99 reacted to this

*susan* 1,709 Posted November 4, 2013 I agree with unbesleevalbe, you sound like you may be dehydrated. When you are, it literally will take everything out of you. How are you doing with getting in your fluids? I know it is tough, but it is absolutely vital that you constantly have a bottle with you and take small sips all day long. During the first few weeks, when you are taking in so little calories, some energy depletion is to be expected, but it definitely sounds like you need more fluids and Protein Shakes to me. I agree with contacting your doctor and explaining how you are feeling so he/she can make some recommendations to you based on the post-op diet he recommended you follow. BerryChic 26 Posted November 4, 2013 Had the same problem. More Protein and fluids will help. I have a hard time getting enough Water in but I figured out how to get it in other drinks like milk or juice. The additional calories also helped I think. Good luck!
