formyboys3 4 Posted November 4, 2013 My date is Nov 19th. I don't have to officially start my pre op diet until the 11th, but I am choosing to start it tomorrow. Figure it gives me a week to really get into the "groove" of it and hopefully be able to combat the temptations before I'm really required to be.

Gelica 18 Posted November 4, 2013 I think I have cried about three times this weekend just thinking about it. I am usually an emotional person so glad my husband puts up with it. lol Guess so many things going through my head, is this what I really want to do ? have I tried hard enough on my own? what if I hate the way I look 6 months from now? . I am a over thinker on a lot of things.

edpsych78 42 Posted November 4, 2013 I started my pre-op diet today as well, and I'm scheduled for surgery November 19th. My doc requires a 2-week low-fat, low-carb, low-calorie diet, followed by 2 days of liquids only.
