cubbies76 132 Posted November 4, 2013 Fellas, doc told me I could start doing gummy vitamins, which is great because I'm tired of these chewable vitamins. Anyone taking any? What kind do you all like? Also, I'd like to start taking fish oil again but I'm not allowed to take the big pills that they typically come in. What do you all take? macman 603 Posted November 4, 2013 I am still pre op and taking chewable vitamins, so I can't help with that. I have taken fish oil for a long time. Currently I am using Barlean's Orange Cream 3-6-9. It is a combination Fish, Flax and Borage Oil. It comes in a single use packet and has the consistency of a thick liquid. It is flavored orange and has a slight fish after taste. JW3 5 Posted January 26, 2014 I have been taking Celebrate Vitamins Coromega Orange for Omega 3 fatty acid supplement. It comes in individual foil pouches that you tear open and eat. Not to bad tasting and it's an easy way to get in the Omega 3 requirement. Here is the link: http://www.celebratevitamins.com/shop/other-supplements/omega-3/coromega-orange-90-pack.html BTW i get my Vitamins direcly through the Celebrate website instead of the doctors office. Much cheaper.
CubsWinCubsWin 108 Posted January 31, 2014 I saw that costco had a giant container of fish oil gummies a week or so ago for nothing. The idea of that sounds vile but I may consider it after surgery.
