Of course, following your doctor's and NUT advice helps immensely. Good luck in your journey! Also I found the Big Book on the Vertical sleeve to be a wealth of information. Scarpediem 30 Posted November 6, 2013 What is the Big Book? The Big Book on the Gastric Sleeve by Alex Brecher. I downloaded to my Ipad..it is an invaluable source and informative book.
