Pre-op liquid diet

Has anyone had trouble getting in all your Protein in one day? I seem to have lost my appetite.

It's not uncommon. I set a daily schedule and followed it. Hungry or not!

I have. Some days I have trouble, and then I will be hungry the next day. I realize that I didn't have enough Protein.< /p>

I think my schedule is the problem, lately I stay up late and get up at lunch time! Will try to go to bed earlier and set the alarm for morning.

I hv stuck myself on a schedule which has helped. I am on day 7 and hv lost 20 lbs You guys can do it!!

What does your liquid diet consist of? I need go lose 20# in order to get to my preop goal weight? I currently weigh 250#! Need to be at 230#
