Hidden from view 159 Posted November 2, 2013 This is exactly what I said to myself on day 2 - couldn't believe I'd done this to MYSELF! Now, three weeks out, the regrets are all over. It does get better and better :-)

Sleevie J 130 Posted November 2, 2013 Get you some gas-x and tell dude he gonna have to go in the next room with that food. You've only been out of the hospital a few days it will get better every day. sip something every 10-15 minutes and when he eats you go outside and take a walk. you will be amazed at how much it improves the gas. this is not hell. hell is being trapped in a body that holds you back from being the person you want to be. this is like purchasing a one way ticket on a crappy bus out of hell. sure the journey will not be easy or comfortable and will suck like hell but each pound down gets you closer to your goal and baaaaby when you get there you will enjoy it. keep your eyes on the prize. he flaunts his food today you flaunt your body tomorrow! 20 SDH, Cherryhair, slvrsax and 17 others reacted to this

gmanbat 5,889 Posted November 2, 2013 Everyone reacts differently to those initial days of misery. I laughed at myself for being an idiot and doing this to myself. A few months later I laughed at myself for laughing at myself when I was cleaning out the fat clothes from my closet for the 3rd time. 7 Mzmichelle, No game, Kay__S and 4 others reacted to this
Sleevie J 130 Posted November 2, 2013 I was having a tough day today myself. I just wished I was at my goal weight, getting dressed for saturday night, headed out for a night of flirting and debauchery. Shoot, my eyes even acted like they wanted to get all teary cause i'm posted up in front of the computer in sweat pants with a bottle of Water instead. But then my inner reasonable person reminded me that I am currently well on my way to being the me I used to be. Once again having choices and being comfortable in my own skin doing whatever it is my heart pleases. We have taken the difficult steps to make the biggest impact on our lives and our health we could ever make. If it was easy everybody would do it. Sometime we just have to remind our selves of our own strength. 4 Jerzygurl, Cherryhair, CATHICKNA and 1 other reacted to this

Getting Healthy1383837803 2 Posted November 3, 2013 I am five days out also. I really like the peach fuzzy navel nectar and Unjury powdered chicken Soup. The first couple of days I was like I cannot get these fluids down. Today came real close to it. Keep at it sip by sip, don't gulp. Just think in a few months how amazing you look and it will be so worth it. 1 lynchdalynx reacted to this
