I don't take them. I went to Puritian.com and got the vitimans they suggested post op on the site for my sleeve surgery.

I chew a couple but they are like the ones we had post op.

My NUT is not a fan of gummies primarily due to ZERO Iron in them, I get to use Pre-natal Vitamins Post-Op so that's interesting lol.
