How much?

I just started my puree foods on Monday. I have no idea how often, or how much you are supposed to eat. I feel like I could eat half a cup every three hours. That is probably way too much. What was everyone told? I have not been given very good guidance through this.

From my nutritional packet:

pureed foods and liquids with an emphasis on those high in Protein. Goal: 60-80g per day

One high Protein shake daily

No more than 2 ounces of food every 3 hours, except yogurt, which you can consume up to 4 ounces of at one time.

Eat slowly! Use a baby spoon or espresso spoon to eat.
