Well the idea for the creation did come from the "better than sex" cake recipe. So, I guess it could wet dream material.

So no more staple talk? Damn GG. I knew it was just a matter of time.

As for food porn....I had steak and shrimp for Breakfast. Can't get more low carb than that. Plus the ribeye binds with the staples on the way out.

<sorry....needed one more farting....I mean parting.....shot>

I forgot to mention the shrimp was wrapped in bacon and stuffed with cream cheese!

that's just mean... can't talk about food like that unless you bring some to share!

No…my little assholed dog decided that it would be a great idea to bark in the yard, and refuse all commands to come the fucked inside. Let me tell you, it's disconcerting when your doorbell rings that early.

I love the ED profanity. LOL

I hope that's not one of the key ingredients.

I have apologized to the next door neighbors. On the left they were completely confused when I presented them with a pie and an original poem by Marley. But also kind of pissed that someone called the cops. The ones on the right (who I believe might have called) are not home but their box of crap goodies on their porch waiting for them to come home. If it's the neighbors in the back, they can go pee up a rope. I have never met them, and I'm not about to start now. I've been here 16 years, goddamned it, and they can get off my lawn.

Here is the poem Marley (the assholed dog) wrote:

I have this problem in the morning.

Of barking early, with no warning.

And dodging all attempts by mom

To get me inside and keep me calm

So here are some treats, and I hope they'll work

And show you I'm not a total jerk.

Yeah, yeah…it's lacking the right rhythm. Sue me. The kids are out finally putting the leaves into bags. The dog is outside barking again, and I just heard my eldest yell, "Marley! Shut UP! We don't need the po-po to come back and bust us again."

My neighbours have set dog control on me a number of times. They are totally intolerant. I have two tiny dogs, and I am at home with them 24/7. One day, I was taken to hospital in an ambulance and the dogs barked cos they were on their own. Enter dog control. Another time, my mom collapsed and died, and again the dogs were on their own. Yep, dog control again. But I think the neighbours got told off that last time, cos I haven't heard another thing. And after the last, completely unreasonable complaint, I no longer care if my dogs bark, and do nothing to stop them. So there!

It starts with having a pot big enough to hold an entire turkey and about 4 gallons of peanut oil. I take and inject a seasoning of butter, garlic and some other spices into the turkey breast and thighs. Rub the outside down with season salt and then shove a metal rod through the turkey that has a plate to hold the turkey on one end and a loop on the other that you put a hook into. Holding the hook, you drop the turkey into the pot full of oil. As soon as you start to drop it in, the skin seers over and creates somewhat of a shell around the turkey. This allows the turkey to cook with no oil getting into the meat and no juices from escaping the meat. It is the most flavorful, juiciest and succulent turkey meat you will ever have. I've seen people eat oven roasted turkey and have tons left over. When you fry a turkey, people literally will sit there and pick meat off the bones just to get very last bite. It's hard to explain just how good and flavorful it is. Just have to try it!

yummy!!!!!

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
