Vitamin Expert Needed! I am lost.

Recommended Posts

sublingual B12 is essential. But don't take with the Calcium. Iron supp and Centrum chewable's. But if there is iron in the centrum you don't need the iron supp.

I have seen mention of 200% RDA in several places (one @ breakie and one @ lunch). Anyone taking this dose? Also 1000 mg calcium citrate. chewable or caps or does it matter? Tks W.

RDA means recommended daily allowance. It refers to each Vitamin or mineral, and the number would be different for each one.

Hey Beth,

Lots of suggestions for 200% RDA. I look at a few Bariatric Hospital recommendations such as Peachtree and another COE in Ohio. Two multis /day seems the most recommended. After going back and forth I think I'll follow your path and go with a bariatric line for first 3 mths. There is no getting around it: they just contain more (esp minerals). They must be shipped to canada so after 3mths I'll switch to something more readily available here. Even Calcium wafers not available here. argh.

That's the plan. For now. Subject to change anytime haha
