Don't be scared. It will be the best thing you have ever done. Getting use to your stomach is weird b/c you really can eat much. Just stick to the diet plan and don't over do. You will do great. The app really helps.

Thank you! There is nothing to be scared of it is a completely life change but it's all worth it and you will be very happy with your decision on getting sleeved...... Good luck!
