atlchick 42 Posted October 30, 2013 I guess I am still on soft foods/pureed stage. I am not very creative so have been drinking my Protein Shakes for majority of the Protein and then mostly eggs. I added some spinach to them and I have been feeding off the ones I made for a few days now! Thankfully I never really feel hunger, only feel emptiness but trying to get more creative with my meals so I am getting more variety. Taking some ideas from everyone. Thanks!! Peachykeen1383837854 4 Posted October 30, 2013 Howdy, I'm peetty much in the same boat as you but tonight I tried something called Cottage cheese tuna Sir and loved it. It has an insane amount of protien. Its 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 can tuna and some hot sauce. I tried it over soda crackers because I was told I'm allowed them and I like it a lot. Peachykeen1383837854 4 Posted October 30, 2013 I love hot stuff and am not a fan of cottage cheese that's why I tred it. The hot sauce does kinda take over but I use a fair amount.
