September sleevers please check-in

I was sleeved on Sept 24 and have lost 29 pounds so far. I have been on a stall for the past two weeks. I find that when I exercise I lose a couple of pounds the next day. I am on soft foods and have gotten sick the last two meals because I ate one or two bites too many. I suggest that you just keep up the exercise and diet that you are on. The pounds will come off. I talked to the nurse at the doctors office and that is what she told me. Good luck.

sept 23rd here only down 19.. starting weight 262.

September 24, 2013...almost 30 lbs down, but I haven't really done any exercising yet. Which I know needs to change. CW:222, I'm actually looking forward to that first 2-teen number popping up. Looking forward to short time victories I find is the best way to approach this for me. I realize now that this isn't going to be that much different than every other time I've lost weight...except of course that I don't plan on ever being here again!

@birdmadgirl.. Trying to compare to seee what we doing right or wrong. What are you eating? are you drinking 64 oz of fluids?
