Cajunlady12 49 Posted October 28, 2013 I was sleeved on Sept 24 and have lost 29 pounds so far. I have been on a stall for the past two weeks. I find that when I exercise I lose a couple of pounds the next day. I am on soft foods and have gotten sick the last two meals because I ate one or two bites too many. I suggest that you just keep up the exercise and diet that you are on. The pounds will come off. I talked to the nurse at the doctors office and that is what she told me. Good luck. sdocforce 55 Posted October 28, 2013 September 24, 2013...almost 30 lbs down, but I haven't really done any exercising yet. Which I know needs to change. CW:222, I'm actually looking forward to that first 2-teen number popping up. Looking forward to short time victories I find is the best way to approach this for me. I realize now that this isn't going to be that much different than every other time I've lost weight...except of course that I don't plan on ever being here again!
