RJ'S/beginning 5,358 Posted October 28, 2013 Bedridden does not help..but it was necessary! Everyone stresses over the same thing..Will I be a slow loser, will I fail...You are already winning as you are down 21 lbs. Don't spend too much time on the what ifs..Trust me it wears you out...You are bound to lose it as you are now geared to lose.....800 calories is good..Please don't go any lower as your body will go into starvation mode and store the food you are eating.... It is going to start to fall off of you...and you are going to feel so much happier...But you have to deal with your head and stop sabotaging yourself.... Your among losers just like you and you will succeed!!!!!Just keep swimming..K 3 sonya139, raven123 and mel959 reacted to this

Help please im discouraged[/quote'] I was sleeved on sept 4th. So 4 weeks before you and I am also a slow loser. I also had the same bmi as you and I'm 5'1 and I have 124 lbs to lose so far I've lost 28. I walk everyday sometimes 4 miles a day and I do 20 minutes of kettle bells. At this rate my NuT and doc have labeled me a slow loser which frustrates me and makes me feel like a failure. However, I am realizing that it's good to be a slow loser, my skin isn't sagging and it's healthier for you and in the long term you end up keeping more weight off. Hang in there it will happen. mountaingirlCO 9 Posted October 28, 2013 I had my band to sleeve revision on 10/1 and am down 10 pounds so I am right there with you. I'm getting 50+ of Protein and 64+ of Water and working out (hiking or biking) at least 30 minutes every day. I know it is slow but as long as my weight continues to go down I am trying not to worry about it. It will have to come off eventually eating 800 calories a day right? 1 mel959 reacted to this
unbesleevable1 420 Posted October 28, 2013 More calories and more Protein, give your body a little boost to get it out of starvation mode.
Kennedy 100 Posted October 28, 2013 And try not to freak out when you add calories and you see a slight weight gain. Takes your body a little while to realize its not starving. I went thru this and was so discouraged. I was stuck for 2 weeks with a 2 pound gain. I did what my NUT said and it starting coming off. We are all different and have different nutritional needs at times.
