GBFree82 75 Posted October 28, 2013 Am a huge pumpkin lover and now that I'm 11 weeks out and down nearly 40lbs I want to make a smart choice when it comes to indulging in something pumpkin. What ideas do you have?
TapSnap 357 Posted October 28, 2013 GNC has a pumpkin spice Protein Shake that are pretty good. I also know there are some recipes around for pumpkin flavor Protein Shakes that you can make yourself floating around.
Threetimesacharm 1,400 Posted October 28, 2013 1/2 cup pureed pumpkin 1 egg 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice stevia to taste Mix all together and place in a microwave safe cup and cook for 2 minutes. Check at this point and if not set cook for a few seconds more. Can be enjoyed with extra spice, nuts, or flavored syrups.< /p>

No game 14,437 Posted October 28, 2013 (edited) I do something really easy cause I'm lazy But it tastes yummy! I get my Fage 2% plain Greek yogurt and mix some pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg and stevia or (Splenda) mix and voila! The pumpkin purée is canned.. And not the pumpkin pie filling purée! That stuff is full of sugar. Edited October 28, 2013 by laura-ven
GBFree82 75 Posted October 28, 2013 These sound so yummy! I did this one: 4oz cottage cheese with pumpkin pie spice, vanilla and Splenda. Mix and eat. It's good.

JoiaRox 430 Posted October 28, 2013 pumpkin pie spice can be purchased at grocery stores here in the "spices/baking" aisle...hmmm. I googled it and said it's available in the UK at stores as well!
