Globetrotter 1,340 Posted November 12, 2013 I'm not exercising at all unless you count the occasional donning of body armor and the 10 trips a day I make to the latrine, which is far away and probably adds up to a mile. I don't do a lot (compared to some folks on here) but ANY is better than what I've done in the past...which was zilch! This is a private goupe for vets who are using the 5:2 method, The switch going on here has so far thrown it into the general publlic, but I imagine that will change as soon as Alex gets to it. You are always welcome to look, just not post... we do admit some requests for new members, but most are well over a year out and use the 5:2 method... we are mostly here for support of that.
