penman53 493 Posted October 27, 2013 I am on blood thinners and they are having a heck of a time keeping my INR in line with the Doctors recomendations. They have now taken me off Warfarin and now I am on Lovenox because they are afraid of me having some serious complications due to how thin my blood gets. Roo101769 742 Posted November 15, 2013 I too am on blood thinners. I was off warfarin and on Lovenox for my surgery 10/21, but returned to oral warfarin right after. I have only had my blood checked once since surgery and it was within the range my PCP wants me to be. I go back 11/26 for another check, see what happens then.
