Protein bars?

1 month post op. getting sick of Protein shakes I can eat soft foods but find myself drinking a shake a day to get in all the Protein.

Any suggestions on any good tasting Protein Shakes?

BariWise hot chocolate. Syntrax ice tea. I have one or both nearly every day.

For Protein *bars* I really like the Oh Yeah! brand. But you're too early for bars.

Bars you could try the CarbRite diet off bariatricchoice.com, I've had a few so far and have yet to have a bad one (I bought one of each flavor to just try). I also drink Isopure zero carb since its 40g of Protein per bottle its basically like a sports drink. Could try Quest bars too! I do use the BariWise pudding, and hot chocolate which are also delicious. Sometimes with the pudding to make it thicker I'll put an extra scoop of my choc protein in it.

I really enjoyed the "Oh Yeah" shake, great Protein, but too expensive. I went to the GNC "Lean Shake." They are pretty good, three flavors and 25 protein each with 110 calories. As far as bars, I didn't try those until at least 8 weeks out.
