Fiddleman 4,376 Posted November 17, 2013 Well SOME of us have to write a mini thesis just to get in all our workouts. So for those SOME, I'm guessing they wouldn't stoop to count their "arm miles". The rest of us poor schmucks have to make do with whatever we can get! Is it helping with your back?yes, it helps so much! 1 gamergirl reacted to this

lsereno 2,525 Posted November 17, 2013 Well I'm just gonna check in once to say I'm not gonna hit my goal. More than halfway thru the month and not one strength training class yet. Ugh. I'm just not an exercise maven even though I know the strength training helps keep me heathy as I age. Lynda

Don't let it go by without bettering yourself. You can still take action. 1 JerseyGirl68 reacted to this

ribearty 544 Posted November 17, 2013 It was 78 here in STL with lots of storms and wind. One minute sunny, next minute 50 hour winds, rain storms and 5 minutes later clear. Last weekend it was almost 70 Sunday and by Monday evening in the 30s and same on Tuesday and back to 50. I have a cold now came on Thursday so only got 3.5 miles in fo rthe week. This past week was my first week back to work full-time and wore me out more than I thought it would. I should be able to make my goal by the end of the month. TJL 222 Posted November 18, 2013 Hey, I really hate strength training sessions, but I make myself go, just go try one then at least you can tell the rest of us how much you don't like them. The first one is the hardest,(actually working up the courage to go in the door of the gym was the hardest thing!), but oddly enough I usually feel pretty good the next day.
