any hair stylists out there?

Hi, I go back to work on Monday November 5th. I'm terrified I won't be able to keep up with my Protein and liquid intake. What did you do and how was getting back behind the chair for you?

I go back on Monday , 11/4 as well. I know it will be challenging as I have stressful job and often emergencies occur and my set schedule is interrupted.

Are you worried about getting in all of your Protein and Water? Can't exactly sip sip sip at work!

Yes, I am a little worried, but I have other colleagues at work who have had WLS so I will get ideas and support from them. :)
