Hello! I had a RNY back in 2003 at 350 pounds and have teetered back and forth losing and gaining the same 40 pounds every couple of years. I never was able to get below the 199 pound mark. I have a good friend from work that is scheduled in November to have her VSG so I thought I'd hang out here with her and we would go thru this together. Have really enjoyed all the posts and especially the recipe exchanges. This has helped me tremendously to get motivated again to hopefully finally reach my goal weight of 150 pounds!! Good luck to everyone !
