feeling frustrated

Don't know if this is normal but this week I lost 3 pounds but when I woke up this morning my scale said I had gained the 3 pounds back in one day. Should I be worried about this?

Nah, I gained a pound this week. Then 2-3 days later lost 2. It's normal. Just Water fluctuations.

No being a woman you should know how this goes , I can be one weight at night and can be down 2 lbs the following morning its just the way it is. relax you will be fine.
