I was sleeved on Monday and I am taking my pills( they are small) and I take a nexium capsule.

How about gummy vitamins? I was told by my support group that their surgeon recommended Omega 3 along with Biotin Vitamins to helps with the Hair loss. The Omega 3 comes in big capsules and Gummy form.

I was also told no to the Gummy vitamins- only chewable were ok for that. Something about our tiny tummy's not being able to break down the gummy material as well?
