The Last Supper...

I didn't over indulge this week...I had a normal dinner (salmon, spinach, n mashed potatoes)....however, I couldn't wait to open my last bottle of Moscato (it's very tasty btw) ...bye bye see u n 2014 lol ...tomorrow is my 1st of my pre op diet

My last supper was curried meatballs and rice...My daughter made it for me...it was to die for...i ate way to much and thought I might die..

The next day was day 1 on pre-op diet....Dang that was hard...but I never cheated...not even once...But so glad I had the food funeral!!!! I think it really helped me to get over it all, and bear down on the pre-op liquid diet.....
