Do you mean for juicing? If you are juicing, I'm guessing that if you are on full liquid, it might be ok especially if the juice is strained... Maybe add some unflavored Protein powder- but I would definitely ask your doctor as some vegetables can be a little rough on the sleeve early on.

Sorry, didn't see your last response- maybe the dr's office can give you a list or specific combinations/recipes that would be appealing? The diets vary so much from doctor to doctor.

My NUT said to use low glycemic fruits and vegetables.

Blueberries, strawberries, peaches are OK. No bananas.

Asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, greens, string Beans are OK. No corn, potato, or starchy veg.
