healthbound1 69 Posted October 24, 2013 Hi Everyone! How does the cost of your post-op supplements, food, shakes, bars etc. compare to the cost of food pre-op? I'm just looking at my long term budget and at first, I assumed I would save money on food because I wouldn't be eating as much. But then I realized how many shakes, bars and supplements I'd be consuming. Those are expensive. What is your experience? Thanks!

Thanks![/quote'] I have an unopened bottle of 120 chewable Bariatric fusion Vitamins, mixed berry flavor, that I'd gladly send you if you will PM me your mailing address. I bought two bottles and I am now taking regular Bariatric Vitamins. I know I spend less on groceries now, but I haven't kept track of the expense. sararn74 6 Posted October 24, 2013 They are expensive, but shop around. I still have to buy regular food for my family of 6 & add supplements too that, sometimes feels like a ton. But the money I save not eating out all of the time has to be greater than what I'm spending. I buy Protein Shakes at costco now & look for coupons & sales on Vitamins. Good luck! 1 healthbound1 reacted to this
