sophiepants 489 Posted October 24, 2013 (edited) Yep Fluid and Protein in that order add Protein Powder to you liquids. I didn't start getting 500 calories until I was 6 wks out and able to eat real foods. At my 4 wk ck up I was still only getting maybe 300 on a good day. I got with in 5 grams of my required protein tho! It was a chore for sure. Keep tryn it'll happen. Lorie269 392 Posted October 24, 2013 I am 3 months out and some days I still barely get in 600 calories. I make sure that I always get my Protein and fluids in each day. I am taking advantage of this time now because I know the further out I get, the more calories I will consume. You are still very early out.
