I am 5 weeks out, down 34 lbs. Question is.. For the last 2 weeks I have only lost 2 lbs per week, Is that a norm? I do not snack, I walk, and am still on soft food diet . I'm not getting all my Protein in daily could that be the problem?

At week 4 I had a stall of only losing 1 lb a week for 2 weeks. I went insane. But I was doing everything right and eventually I pushed through and now I'm losing 1-2 lbs a day and im 9 weeks out today.

Being the marvelous machine that the body is - It will protect itself from harm. It might just think that you are starving yourself and so it stores what little you eat until your brain and body decide it is enough and your getting enough nutrients and you will lose weight again..

We NEED the Protein...It is the backbone of this entire program. Because we have such small stomachs now it is important to get the Protein required and Water enough to not dehydrate you...If you are not doing that no matter what you do your body will stall!!!!!!!

34 lbs. is amazing if you really think about it...That's 6.8 lbs a week...You will slow down as well..We all do....

Walking will require more calories.....

When was the last time you lost 34 lbs. in 5 weeks..something eh!!!!!

Thank yall for posting this...I was having the same problem some what, I am 4 weeks out and I am down 33 pounds. I was a little nervous because I lost 20 the first week and then nothing on weeks 2 and 3. Then 13 in the last 7 days. Glad to know that is somewhat "normal"...
