Atkins baking mix

Atkins baking mix has been discontinued! I was so sad when I went to my local health food store last weekend. I used it a lot in recipes I found online, specifically Bariatric Foodie. I've looked on the Atkins website and on Amazon and nothing... does anyone know where I could still get it? I know it's kinda limited the stores that sell it. Or have an unopened bag they'd want to sell?

If you haven't ever tried CarbQuick, I recommend that you do. It's great. I've been doing low carb for 13 years and I will say that it is the best product of it's type that I have found. I liked it better than the Atkins product which I had tried several years ago.

Thanks, ItsMe, I meant to add that I do have Carbquik also but I like that Atkins has more Protein. I usually keep both around.
