8 month surgiversary day!

Today im exactly 8 months out since surgery and feeling great. I have lost 103 lbs and going strong. Even though weight loss has slowed down a bit, im pushing myself harder and harder especially at the gym. ONEderland is just a few pounds away and I cannot wait for it!

Awesome! Remember though that it is more about how you are feeling and your health and anything else.....Life journey...not like any diet you have ever been on eh....
