Its all a matter of personal preference, however, they will let you try the ready to drink Protein Drinks. I like their brand.

Yes. Put it in your Protein shake. I like the PB2 Peanut Butter, unsweetened cocoa, unflavored Protein, milk, with some ice. It's super yummy! Regular peanut butter would work too! :-)
