lunch, 2 oz turkey w 1 slice low-fat provolone

snack, 1/4 cup 2% cottage cheese w/ mango salsa

dinner, 1/2 cup home-cooked pinto Beans & scant 1/2 cup home-cooked spaghetti w vegetables

I'm eleven weeks, but here we go:

Breakfast, 1 egg

Morning snack, 2% cottage cheese snack

lunch, 3 oz. Boars Head Roast Beef; slice of cheddar cheese

Afternoon Snack, 2% cottage cheese snack

dinner, 3oz. pork chop; 1/2 cup green Beans
