If you become severely dehydrated it's difficult to keep anything in your stomach including Water or other liquids. Not sure of other symptoms but that's a big red flag.

Does anyone know specifically for the newly sleeved patients if it's any different?

I found it easier to eat Sonic Ice or sugar free Popsicles than drink Water. Maybe that will help you get more liquids in?

If you are or before being sleeved ( and the Dr took you off meds) check your blood sugar. This is another sign of diabetes and/or blood sugar is high.
