ivonne619 2 Posted October 21, 2013 Hello, i am 16 month out and was woundering how many oz are people with the same time as me are eating? I am eating about 7 to 8 oz of dense food. I am just concern i may be eating to much. I also get hungry every 2 hours. Is that normal? Any advice.... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
joatsaint 2,814 Posted October 21, 2013 (edited) I am eating the same amount and at the same intervals as you are. I stick mainly to lean meats and Beans as my primary diet. I walk 4 to 5 miles a day and I'm still losing weight. As long as you are happy with your progress, then you're doing okay. If I were to suddenly stop losing for more than 2 weeks straight, then I'd reexamine my diet and exercise routine. Keep Pimpin' that Sleeve!
