kj44 215 Posted October 29, 2013 Made these this morning. They r awesome! Made some with whole egg and some scrambled. My only complaint was even with spraying the crap out of my pan. Still trying to get the egg off it. :-(. Specs with my lose it app: for scrambled (I used 5 eggs 7oz ham 21/2 oz velveeta. Then veggies). Cal 104. Fat. 5.6. Carb 4.3. Protein 9.4. Per cup.
