red31 40 Posted October 21, 2013 (edited) I had this. I asked my doctor and he said its just my insides healing. He said keep in mind that they went through a muscle wall and moved organs up. That was also the side my stomach came out of. It will go away. I'm almost three weeks post op and I woke up a day ago and it was just gone. He recommended having a body pillow for comfort.
