Cabingirl 55 Posted October 21, 2013 I'm 8 weeks out from surgery. My biggest challenge is my inability to tolerate any of the many(!) Protein Drinks and powders I tried. I read several posts from members who recommended the Premier Protein drinks. I took the recommendations and purchased both the vanilla and chocolate shakes. Hurrah! Icy cold, I can tolerate (even maybe like) these. Price-wise, they are reasonable, and super-handy since they are pre-made. Thank you!!! 2 sophiepants and joatsaint reacted to this

Not bad if its ice cold or blended with ice. mmm glad you found them 2 AprilS and JessFinch reacted to this

I add a Tbsp of protein powder which is 9 grams of protein which make my 1/2 c a 19 gram Protein Drink Edited October 21, 2013 by sophiepants 1 JessFinch reacted to this
