jiluv81 5 Posted October 20, 2013 It's a recipe my nutritionist gave me I use it for Breakfast, as a snack, or when my sweet tooth acts up...not half bad...... 2 or 3oz ricotta cheese 1tsp vanilla extract 1-2 pk truvia or stevia Sprinkle cinnamon to taste You can also add sum fruit yogurt, fresh,pureed or frozen fruits, Protein powder of your choice,pb, sugar free chocolate or apple sauce!!! 1 Jenelle reacted to this Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
endless80 697 Posted October 20, 2013 I've been getting kind of tired of cottage cheese but I enjoy the Protein boost it gives me.
