don't like cottage cheese use ricotta instead!

It's a recipe my nutritionist gave me I use it for Breakfast, as a snack, or when my sweet tooth acts up...not half bad......

2 or 3oz ricotta cheese

1tsp vanilla extract

1-2 pk truvia or stevia

Sprinkle cinnamon to taste

You can also add sum fruit yogurt, fresh,pureed or frozen fruits, Protein powder of your choice,pb, sugar free chocolate or apple sauce!!!

I've been getting kind of tired of cottage cheese but I enjoy the Protein boost it gives me. Yesterday I sprinkled a little bit of honey on mine and it was delicious. I imagine you can do the same with Ricotta.
