readyforchange101013 15 Posted October 20, 2013 I am a week and a half post-op and I want to start exercising. The only instructions I have from my surgeon is no heavy lifting for 6 weeks. He told me to do things as I felt like it. So what are some good work outs in the beginning?

LoryLosesXS 154 Posted October 20, 2013 Do what you an Havel. Everyone is different. Start with 15 minutes and if you can go further with ease....then do it. This whole process is about getting in touch with our bodies. Listening to ourselves. It's new for us. We've stuffed our feelings with food for years, most of us anyway.
