Stay away from Unjury unflavored - lots of issues with clumping even at lower temperatures. Recently I tried an unflavored from GNC and as long as you blend it like it says in then instructions, it's really good - it doesn't add any flavor but adds creaminess to whatever you put it in. I wanted to be sure it had no flavor so I mixed it with plain Water to try it an was surprised.

I've only used Isopure unflavored Protein powder. I haven't tried to cook with it, but when I add it to something hot, I mix it with a little Water first (in my Protein shake shaker) and pour it in. I haven't had any clumping problems.

How hot are you making your liquids? I have the GNC unflavored and haven't had any problems with clumping but I kept my liquids around 120-130.

Trader Joe's unflavored soy Protein Powder is great for cooking and does not clump. Best of all, its less than $15 for a huge tub of it! It also has absolutely no flavor, so its great for cooking. :)
