15lbs to go and scale not moving..

7 mo out and having hard time...scale not moving the last couple weeks and only lost 5lbs last month. I eat around 1200 cal and work out at least 3 times a week usually more. I get my Protein, fluids etc etc...so any tips?

I'm very similar stats to your's: HW 265 SW 255 CW 186. I'm 9 mo out and I run about 12 miles a week and cross train. I have 12 more pounds to go and it feels like it's going to take another year to get there at the current rate. I've only lost 5 pounds in the last 2 months, but I've increase my running significantly. I am thinking about trying the 5:2 plan for a few weeks to see if it helps.
